Larkpipe

The CRM for sales teams

Every deal, contact and follow-up your team has.

Larkpipe holds your team's people, companies and opportunities, the history of every conversation with them, and the work still to do. It's built for salespeople who spend the day in it and for the people who set it up.

What it does

Everything a sales team needs to track relationships and close deals, and nothing it doesn't.

  1. Records you edit in place

Edit people, companies and opportunities right in the list, and assign an owner or a team to many at once.

  2. Custom fields

Add the fields your team tracks to each record type: text, numbers, currency, dates, checkboxes, links and single or multiple choice.

  3. Saved views

Save filters, sorting and columns as your own view, or use the shared views your admins set up.

  4. Deal pipeline

See open opportunities by stage with counts and totals. Drag a card to move it, or to mark it won or lost.

  5. Shared activity history

Notes, calls, meetings and synced email on every record, in order, with who did what.

  6. Tasks and reminders

Overdue, due today and upcoming in one list, with a notification in the app when a task falls due.

  7. Gmail and Calendar sync

Read-only. Threads and meetings attach themselves to the right people and companies.

  8. CSV import and export

Map columns, review problem rows and choose how duplicates are handled before anything saves. Export the list you're on.

  9. Dashboard

Open pipeline by stage, deals won by owner and team, win rate over time, and activity by teammate.

  10. Keyboard first

Press ⌘K to find a record, open a page, create a record or a task, or switch workspace.

Teams, roles and guests

Records can have an owner and a team. Roles decide what each person can change, and teams decide what guests can see.

For agencies, resellers and contractors

Exactly what a guest sees

Guests see only the records of the teams they're on. A guest on no team sees no records.

Guests can

  • Read the people, companies and opportunities on their teams
  • Add notes, calls and meetings to those records
  • Create tasks, and complete the ones they created or are assigned

Guests can't

  • See records on other teams or with no team
  • Read email content (only subjects, participants and dates)
  • Open the dashboard
  • Open workspace settings
  • Edit fields
  • Export data

Gmail and Calendar, read-only

Each member connects their own Google account. Email threads and meetings appear on the right people and companies without anyone filing them.

Read-only access
Larkpipe only reads your mail and calendar. It never sends email, and never changes or deletes anything in your Google account.
What syncs
The last 90 days of email, then new email every few minutes, and your primary calendar from 90 days back to 365 days ahead. Only threads and meetings with someone outside the workspace are kept.
Who sees what
For each account you choose whether teammates see full email content or only subjects, participants and dates. Guests never see email content.
Disconnect anytime
Disconnecting stops syncing and removes the emails and meetings synced from that account.

Your data

Questions teams ask first

Who is Larkpipe for?

Sales teams that track people, companies and deals together: the salespeople who work in it all day, and the leads or ops people who set it up and invite the team.

Can I run several companies from one account?

Yes. Create a workspace for each, or accept invites to other workspaces. Each workspace keeps its own records, and you switch between them from the workspace menu or with ⌘K.

How do I invite my team?

An owner or admin creates an invite link for an email address, with a role and, if you like, teams. Larkpipe doesn't send the email: you share the link yourself. It works only for that address and expires after 7 days.

What can a guest see?

Only the records on the teams they belong to. They can add notes, calls, meetings and tasks. They can't see records on other teams or with no team, email content, the dashboard or settings, and they can't edit fields or export.

How does Google sync handle privacy?

Access is read-only. You choose for each connected account whether teammates see full email content or only subjects, participants and dates, and guests never see email content. Disconnecting removes the synced emails and meetings.

Can I bring in my existing data?

Yes, by CSV. Columns are matched from your headers, you see which rows have problems before anything saves, and you choose how duplicates are handled. Afterwards you get a count of created, updated, skipped and failed rows.

Is my data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Every workspace is separate: people in other workspaces can't see your records. Larkpipe's operators can only see them by signing in as one of your members, and each such session is logged.
